Jennifer Aniston has dismissed rumours that she had gone under the knife to enhance breasts.

The gossip was kicked up by British weekly Grazia’s report that claimed the former Friends star had used cosmetic enhancement to increase the size of her assets.

It was said that Aniston had used gel filler injections to get bigger breasts.However, a rep of the star has rubbished all such reports.

The actress’ spokesperson dismissed the report as a ‘complete fabrication’ and added "Jennifer has not had a boob job."
