Robbie rings the wedding bells

The singer is all set to marry his long time girlfriend Ayda Field

Robbie Williams will soon walk down the aisle with his long term girlfriend Ayda Field after proposing to her during a live radio interview in Australia.

The former Take That star surprised Field and numerous radio listeners when he popped the question in the middle of a live chat show. Williams was the guest on Sydney's ‘The Kyle And Jackie O Show’ on Friday morning, talking about his most romantic gestures.

Williams said, "Ayda Field I love you so much, will you marry me?"

A surprised and overwhelmed Field replied, "Yes, I'll marry you. Where's the ring?"

Williams slipped a ring on her finger and said, "I love you so much. Would you be my betrothed 'til the end of time?"

Apparently the pair met on a blind date three years ago.
