Siddharth, the son of renowned Malayalam director the late Bharathan and actress KPAC Lalitha, is to marry actor Jagathy Sreekumar's niece Anju, who is a dentist.

After making his debut as an actor in Kamal's blockbuster Nammal in 2000, Siddharth changed his plans and got into direction. Currently, he is an assistant director to Priyadarshan.
