Aamir Khan's Talaash scores Rs. 90 crore deal‎
Theatrical Rights of the movie has been sold to Reliance at Rs.90 crore

Whenever you think SRK or Salman has created a record, at least as far as money-making goes, comes Aamir Khan to steal their thunder. Recently, it was reported how the theatrical rights for Shah RukhKhan’s ‘Don 2’ had been sold for a huge sum of Rs 80 crore. Now we hear that Aamir’s forthcoming ‘Talaash’ starring Rani Mukherji and Kareena Kapoor has been sold to Reliance for Rs 90 crore.

Insiders say the deal was signed recently between Excel Entertainment (the producers of ‘Talaash’) and Reliance. But what makes this deal special is that ‘Don 2’ is an established franchise and hence recovery wouldn’t be too difficult. ‘Talaash’ on the other hand, is riding solely on the shoulders of Brand Aamir.

However, knowing Mr Perfectionist’s ways and his marketing techniques, we are sure he has another blockbuster in his kitty!
