Indo-Canadian actor Lisa Ray has got engaged. Her new boyfriend Jason Dehni proposed to her in California’s Napa Valley. “Just returned from the glorious Napa Valley – the gourmand’s and wine-lovers’ paradise. ENGAGED to the love of my life. Jason Dehni proposed in Napa. #happiestdayever”, Lisa wrote on her Twitter page. She also posted her picture with her beau.

Having acted in movies like Deepa Mehta’s Bollywood-Hollywood (a remake of Pretty Woman) and Water, the half Polish, half Indian model was the face of Bombay Dyeing for many years, and posed in dare-bare fashion spreads in Gladrags Magazine.

She was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2009 but less than a year later, announced that she was cured of the deadly cancer by undergoing a stem-cell transplant.
